JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-07-2016 The instant modification petition has been filed for extension of time for further two weeks to surrender in the court below by the petitioners who have already been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr.Misc.No.48566 of 2015 by order dated 04.02.2016.

Accordingly, two weeks further time is granted to the petitioners to surrender before the court below, i.e., SDJM, Jamui in connection with Complaint Case No.699c of 2014 from the date of receipt/ production of this order.

The instant petition is disposed of to the aforesaid extent only.
