2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109(1), 351(2), 352, 3(5) of the B.N.S. registered in connection with Chhatapur P.S.Case No. 140/2025.
3. As per allegation, the petitioner along with other accused persons abused and assaulted the informant variously, causing him injuries.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that specific allegation against the petitioner is of assaulting the injured on his left leg. According to medical report, the injury attributed to the petitioner is found to be simple in nature. The

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Supaul in connection with Chhatapur P.S.Case No. 140/2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) CrPC/482(2) of the BNSS, 2023.
