JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-11-2015 Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 151, 152, 188, 341, 337, 353 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that supporters of two political parties collided and thereby they obstructed the administration for discharge of its official duties. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that for the same incidence three F.I.Rs were registered, out of which one was lodged by the petitioners' side. The accusation is omnibus and general and except two cases, petitioners are not accused in any other case. Considering the nature of accusation, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail
