2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No.192 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 132, 351(2), 352, 110, 3(5) of the BNS.

3. On 26.04.2025, Kumari Sushma, Circle Officer, Rajoun along with her team, went to Chilkawar Asauta to remove encroachment in compliance with the order of the Hon'ble High Court in Encroachment Case No. 26/2023-24. It is alleged that the petitioners, along with other FIR named accused persons and 10-15

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64877 of 2025(3) dt.28-11-2025 2/2 unknown individuals, abused the officials and attacked them by pelting stones.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated. The allegation is general and omnibus. None has sustained any injury. The petitioners are the persons of clean antecedent. He has also submitted that on exactly similar footing, other co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 10.09.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 61346 of 2025.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No. 192 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

6. If the petitioners are found involved in any other case of similar nature, their bail bond shall be liable to be cancelled.
