JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-09-2024 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already challenged the order dated 10.07.2024, passed by the Divisional Commissioner, Kosi Division, Saharsa in Land Dispute Appeal No.124 of 2022, before the Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna, which has been numbered as T.M.P.-2024/900, hence it is submitted that the

Patna High Court CWJC No.13468 of 2024(2) dt.06-09-2024 2/2 petitioner be granted liberty to prosecute the same, however, during the interregnum period some protection be granted so that the petitioner can obtain interim relief.

2. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to prosecute the aforesaid case, filed before the Bihar Land Tribunal, however for a period of four weeks from today, status quo existing as on today qua the land/house of the petitioner in question shall be maintained in order to enable the petitioner to obtain interim relief.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
