The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 19 of 2012 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 504, 354, 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
Earlier notices were issued to the opposite party no. 2 but till date she has not chosen to appear before this court in connection with the present case.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case that the dispute has arisen only because of some differences which occurred during the course of transaction of sale and purchase of land in which petitioner has not received any consideration amount which was to be deposited at the time of registration and also the fact that petitioner has no
