The petitioners not having availed their statutory remedies of appeal, the Court is not inclined to exercise its writ jurisdiction.
However, in the event, if petitioners file an appeal before the Appellate Tribunal within a period of 30 days from today, the Appellate Tribunal, if functional, will consider this fact that petitioners are availing their remedies before this Court.

Patna High Court CWJC No.5136 of 2018(3) dt.28-03-2023 3/3 counsel for the Gaya Municipal Corporation are present. Accordingly, all the writ applications are disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
The order of stay granted by this Court shall continue till the matter is not taken up by the Tribunal. The petitioners would be at liberty to make a prayer for stay before the Tribunal after the case is taken up.
