2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Khushrupur P.S. Case No. 220 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)(1), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution story, the informant, who is a police personnel, has alleged that on 22.06.2025, during routine patrolling, he received secret information that one Sabal Paswan had concealed illegal arms and ammunition in his house. Acting on this information, the police conducted a search at the residence of Sabal Paswan, during which two country-made pistols and 11 live cartridges were recovered

At the time of the search, one person, namely Awadh Kumar @ Awadh Paswan (petitioner), was found sleeping on the bed. When the police asked them to produce valid documents for the recovered firearms, they failed to produce any such legal papers.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to the informant's ulterior motives and local political rivalry. It is contended that no such incident, as alleged in the F.I.R., ever took place. The petitioner is a student currently preparing for competitive examinations and has no connection whatsoever with the alleged recovered articles. It is further submitted that the petitioner was merely found sleeping at the house of Sabal Paswan, when the search was conducted. He is in custody since 23.06.2025 and has no prior criminal antecedents.
5. Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
6. Keeping in view the aforesaid facts and considering the period under custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
