JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 13-10-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No. 272 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 406, 420, 387/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no concern with the alleged occurrence. Petitioner has not cheated any one. No one has come forward to allege that he has been cheated by this petitioner. Petitioner has no concern with Rita Srivastava, who had assured the informant to provide job to her sons. Moreover, the money whatsoever has been alleged to be given, has been given for illegal purpose. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.43343 of 2017(4) dt.13-10-2017 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Javed Ahmad Khan, Sub Judge VI-cum-A.C.J.M., Patna in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No. 273 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
