The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354A, 354(d) of the Indian Penal Code and 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. It is alleged against the petitioner to have teased and made attempt to outrage the modesty of the minor daughter of the informant.

Considering the nature of accusation, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in
