The petitioner has filed the instant application for grant of regular bail in connection with Sahajitpur P.S. Case No. 24 of 2022 registered under sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case in short is that the informant's sister was solemnized marriage with one Vishal Mahto three years ago. Petitioner and other co-accused persons were assaulting her for dowry demand of money and motorcycle. Informant got information on 14.02.2022 that his sister has been murdered and she has also been cremated.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The

There is no specific allegation him and also there is no prior complaint in respect of dowry demand and assault. He has no concern with mess and business of the deceased as well as from her husband and he was living separately from them. A statement has been made in para-3 of this petition that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is languishing in judicial custody since 30.05.2022.

The application for bail is vehemently opposed by learned APP for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Sahajitpur P.S. Case No. 24 of 2022 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra.
