1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the opposite party nos.2 to 6 by the Co-ordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 24.06.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.26347 of 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite the direction given by this Court vide order dated 24.06.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.26347 of 2023, the opposite

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66804 of 2023(2) dt.17-11-2025 2/2 party nos.2 to 6 are not cooperating during the trial and threatening the petitioner. He further submits that on this ground, the bail granted to the opposite party nos.2 to 6 may be cancelled.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State submits that in the said order dated 24.06.2023, this Court had already given the liberty to the learned Court concerned to cancel the bail bonds of the opposite party nos.2 to 6, if they are not cooperating during the trial.

5. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present Cr. Misc. Application may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file the petition, if required, before the learned Trial Court.

6. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the present Cr. Misc. Application stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner, as prayed for.
