2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Atri P.S. Case No. 85 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the second wife of the husband of the deceased and she is alleged to have participated in the killing of the deceased.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and she is in custody since 17.3.2024.

5. Considering the nature of allegation and also considering the period of custody of the petitioner, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Gaya/concerned Court below in connection with Atri P.S. Case No. 85 of 2024.
