The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 187 of 2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 387, 323, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act as also Section 17 of the C.L.A Act.

Informant is munshi of Ramiya construction company which is engaged in construction of Shobh-Dhangain road and on 01.06.2016, petitioner and other named accused in FIR arrived at site of work and assaulted and threatened employees that they will not be allowed to construct the road unless levy is paid by Bindi Yadav.
