The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 290 of the Indian Penal Code and 47(a) of the Excise Act. Huge quantity of country made liquor was recovered from the house of the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that though the recovery is from the house of the petitioner but the seizure list does not bear the signature of any family member of the petitioner.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55470 of 2015 (2) dt.07-12-2015 2/2 surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No. 179 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura.
