The counter affidavit on behalf of the Accountant General has been filed, wherein it has been indicated that a fresh authorization along with revision of pension has been issued in favour of the petitioner on 29.04.2016. It is hoped and expected that the concerned Treasury Officer, Saran will now do the needful in view of the authorization of the Accountant General and duly communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Saran. If the petitioner had not been paid pension for interregnum period, which was the cause of action for the present

Patna High Court CWJC No.19544 of 2015 dt.17-09-2016 2/2 writ application, that amount shall also accrue to the petitioner without any let and hindrance, now. The respondents are directed to sort out the issue within a period of three months from the date of communication / production of a copy of this order. Writ application stands disposed off with observation / direction as above.
