Perused the impugned order dated 09.02.2018 against which the present review application has been preferred.

We do not find any infirmity or error apparent on the face of record.

The submission of the counsel for the petitioner that in other Panchayats, the Mukhiyas are filling up the position of the physically handicapped candidates from one category or the

That could be. If an an illegality is being committed by a Mukhiya that does not mean that the Court will take judicial notice of it and allow such an illegality approved through a judicial order.

We do not find any occasion to interfere with the impugned order dated 09.02.2018.

The review application is dismissed.
