JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-12-2015 Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 47(a) of the Excise Act.
It is alleged that few people were chased by the police when they escaped leaving 20 litres of illicit liquor. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been roped in the present case only on suspicion.
A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Taraiya P.S. Case No. 200 of 2015, pending in the Court of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55483 of 2015 (2) dt.08-12-2015 2/2 learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra. With the observations above, the application stands disposed off.
