This petition has been filed for restoration of CWJC No. 7196 of 2017 which stood dismissed due to non compliance of peremptory order.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that as a matter of fact, above stated CWJC No. 7196 of 2017 was filed on 11.05.2017 and the office reported that impugned order dated 30.08.2001 passed in Bhoodan Mutation Revision Case No. 789 of 2000-01 as well as order dated 16.11.1999 passed in Bhoodan Mutation Appeal No. 01 of 1999-2000 were essential and accordingly, the petitioners were directed to file the aforesaid orders but due to non availability of concerned records petitioners could not file the aforesaid orders in time as prescribed by this court. It is further submitted that certified copy of aforesaid orders

Patna High Court MJC No.118 of 2018 (3) dt.20-06-2018 2/2 were obtained by the petitioners on 04.01.2018 and now they are ready to file the certified copy of aforesaid orders. In view of the aforesaid submissions, CWJC No. 7196 of 2017 is restored to its original number and file, subject to condition that petitioners shall file the certified copy of aforesaid orders within two weeks.

Accordingly, this restoration petition stands disposed of.
