2. The petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs: (i) for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other writ of similar nature for commanding and directing the respondent authorities to act in consonance with the department

Patna High Court CWJC No.14065 of 2024(2) dt.19-09-2024 2/3 guidelines regarding segregation of urban area from PACCS (short form for primary agricultural credit cooperative societies) and more particularly the direction contained in Order dated 09.10.2023 issued under the signature of respondent No.2 and contained under memo no. 7674 dated 09-10-2023;

(ii) for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other writ of similar nature for disposal of representation made before respondent No.4 by the petitioner dated 29.07.2024 as expeditiously as possible;

(iii) for a declaration if the scheme of the Co-operative Act is such that the area of PACS is coterminus with the area of gram panchayat and subsequently if any

Patna High Court CWJC No.14065 of 2024(2) dt.19-09-2024 3/3 part of the PACCS/gram panchayat is/are converted into municipal area or urban area then such part so urbanized is required to be segregated from the said PAACS area.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that despite bringing on record the illegality before the District Cooperative Officer, Arwal (Annexure-P/4 of the petition), the same has not been taken note of and/or disposed it of.

4. In that background and since the representation is undated though the receipt shows that it has been received in the office on 29.07.2024, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation alongwith all the relevant document before the respondent no.4, the District Cooperative Officer, Arwal who shall take up the matter and dispose it of in next four months.

5. The writ petition is disposed of.
