JUSTICE HEMANT GUPTA) 05-04-2016 The claim of the appellant is regarding non-payment of interest on the amount of delayed payment of retirement benefits. Admittedly, the arrears have been paid, but according to the learned counsel for the appellant, after delay. The fact is that the amount was due to the father of the appellant and after his death, arrears have been paid to the appellant. We do not find that for mere claim of interest the appellant can be permitted to raise grievance in Letters Patent

Patna High Court LPA No.97 of 2014 (2) dt.05-04-2016 2/2 Appeal. We are not inclined to interfere in the order of the learned Single Judge.

This appeal is dismissed.
