JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-12-2015 Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 504, 447, 427, 338, 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that on protest being made for parking the tractor on the land of the informant co-accused Sunil Yadav assaulted the informant. On alarm being raised, when the informant's brother, sons and wife came to rescue they were also assaulted. It is further alleged that house of the informant was also damaged by the accused persons. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56100 of 2015 (2) dt.10-12-2015 2/2 petitioners that petitioners are agnates of the informant and for a petty dispute the accusation has been levelled. Though two persons of the informant's side received grievous injuries but injuries with regard to other persons were found to be simple. There is counter version of the occurrence and petitioners' side also received injuries.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Sirdala(Meskaur) P.S. Case No. 104 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Shageer/- U T
