2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bachhwara P.S. Case No. 281 of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-XI, Begusarai.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application submitting that during pendency of this application the petitioner has already been apprehended by the police.

4. Permission is granted.
