2. This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 108 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118, 117, 109, 352, 303(2), 3(5) of the BNS, 2023.

3. Earlier, the bail application of the petitioner has been rejected by this Court vide order dated 22.01.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 76388 of 2024.

4. The petitioner have produced the photo copy of the compromise petition. He is in custody since 24.07.2024.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Bettiah at West Champaran in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 108 of 2024.

8. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Gopalpur Police Station weekly. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
