JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-12-2015 The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for modification of the order dated 2.9.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 23638 of 2015 whereby anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected on merit and direction was given to the petitioner to surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks and on his surrender prayer for bail shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by the said order. In para-4 of the petition, it has been stated that as the petitioner had fallen seriously ill, he could not surrender within the said stipulated period.

Considering the ground stated in the present application, same is allowed. Let the order dated 2.9.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 23638 of 2015 be modified to the extent that the period of surrender is extended by another four weeks from the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56738 of 2015 (2) dt.16-12-2015 2 / 2 date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid modification, the present application stands disposed of.
