JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-09-2017 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court in Cr.Misc.No.6974 of 2017, vide order dated 17.2.2017 with an observation to renew his prayer for bail after six months. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that now the period of six months has already expired and there is no chance of conclusion of trial in near future and the petitioner will abide by any condition that may be imposed upon him by this Court, if bail is granted.

Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in view of facts and circumstances, let petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42086 of 2017 (2) dt.06-09-2017 2/2 Additional District Judge-II, Jehanabad, in connection with Excise Case No. 39 of 2012, subject to the following conditions :- (1) One of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of the court concerned, (2) Petitioner will co-operate in trial and appear in court on each and every date fixed in the case and on failure to appear without any genuine ground or without permission of court, his bail bond shall be cancelled.
