The short prayer of the petitioner is to fix and pay his pension in accordance with the Seventh Pay Revision Committee recommendations.

Having regard to the prayer made by the petitioner herein, I deem it fit and appropriate to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the Municipal Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation Patna by filing an appropriate representation within a period of four weeks from today, whereupon the Municipal Commissioner shall address the said grievance of the petitioner by passing appropriate orders in accordance with law within a further period of six weeks therefrom.
