The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366(A), 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8, 12 of the Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act.

It is alleged against co-accused Rajnish Rai that he had taken away the minor daughter of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1861 of 2022(2) dt.16-06-2022 2/3 informant and cash of Rs. 50000/- and ornaments. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the victim and co-accused Rajnish Rai were in love for the last several months and petitioners have no role in the elopement of the victim girl. The victim in her 164 Cr.P.C statement has stated that she of her own sweet-will went with co-accused Rajnish Rai and solemnized marriage with him. She has also not stated anything about the petitioners.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-VII-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Sathi P.S. Case No. 124 of 2021, subject to the
