The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. C-585/2016 (TR. No. 1491 of 2016) registered under Sections 323, 498A of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are in-laws' family members of the husband and there is no specific allegation against the petitioners. It is also submitted that they have falsely been

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-VIII, Siwan in connection with Complaint Case No. C585 of 2016 (Tr. No. 1491 of 2016) subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
