2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Phulwariya P.S. Case No. 428 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the recovery is of 942.12 litres of illicit foreign liquor.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 19.07.2025.

5. Considering the quantum of recovery, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63663 of 2025(2) dt.23-09-2025 2/2 the learned District & Additional Sessions Judge-XIII-cum Special Judge Excise-I, Gopalganj /concerned Court below in connection with Phulwariya P.S. Case No. 428 of 2022.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Uchkagaon Police Station, District-Gopalganj on every Sunday of the month.
