The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 199 of 2015 registered under Sections 420, 406 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. It is contended that a civil dispute has been given a colour of criminal offence. It is further contended that the petitioner has not been made accused in any other case apart from the present one.
Learned counsel for the informant has opposed the application for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner.

No.366 of 2016 (2) dt.11-01-2016 2 / 2 Be that as it may, regard being had to the nature of the offence, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 199 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
