23-09-2016 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in relation to Khajauli P.S. Case No. 80 of 2015 corresponding to G.R. No. 1899/15 registered under Sections 323, 324, 341, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner draws attention of this court to the fact that the main accused persons being father-in-law, Ram Awtar Yadav and mother-in-law, Sujan Devi have been granted anticipatory bail by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 16.12.2015 in Cr. Misc. No. 55448/2015. The petitioner is the son-in-law of said Ram Awtar Yadav and lives separately. The dispute was only with regard to construction of boundary wall as between the petitioner

Be that as it may, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks, let the above named petitioner, namely, Ram Babu Yadav, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Vivek Vishal, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Madhubani, in connection with Khajauli P.S. Case No. 80 of 2015 corresponding to G.R. No. 1899/15, subject to condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
