The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Isuapur P.S. Case No. 84 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 504, 506, 379, 307, 427, 34 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners, who are of clean antecedent, are innocent and have not committed any office. In fact, this case is a counter blast of Isuapur P.S. Case No. 83 of 2019. Moreover, the injuries of informant side are found to be simple in nature, which is evident from Annexure-3 whereas
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61884 of 2019(2) dt.16-10-2019 2/2 the petitioner's side got firearm injury, which is evident from Annexure-4. No specific case is made out against the petitioners. Hence, the petitioners may be granted the privilege of anticipatory bail.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioners in the event of surrender within a period of four weeks be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Chapra, Saran in connection with Isuapur P.S. Case No. 84 of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) brajesh/- U T
