JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is languishing in custody since 29.07.2017 in a case for the offence registered under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 504/34 of the IPC.

The prosecution story, in brief, is that when she-goat of the informant entered into the house of the Kailu Yadav this petitioner get it out from the house and began to abuse him. When the informant protested he was assaulted.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 29.07.2017. He has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering with the witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner

General and omnibus allegation has been made against the petitioner. No specific injury has been attributed against the petitioner. The injury report does not corroborate the accusation made in the F.I.R.

On behalf of the learned counsel for the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M.
