The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if he is permitted to file a representation before the respondent no. 7 regarding his grievances and the respondent no. 7 be directed to dispose off the said representation within a specified time frame. Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner may file a representation regarding his grievances within a period of two weeks and in case such representation is filed, then the same may be considered and disposed off within a period of four weeks from
Patna High Court CWJC No.950 of 2018 (4) dt.05-09-2018 2/2 the date of filing of the said representation by a reasoned and speaking order in light of Annexure-7 to the writ petition which a letter dated 05.10.2015 issued by the Public Information Officer, Bihar School Examination Board, Patna.
