2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1884 of 2021 (Tr. No. 2605 of 2023) for the offence registered under Section 406 of the Indian Penal Code by the complainant.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the fact that process under Sections 82/83 of the Cr.P.C. have been issued, he may be permitted to withdraw the bail petition to avail the further remedy in accordance with law.
