2. The present application has been filed for the following reliefs:
(i) To issue an appropriate order/s, direction/s including a writ preferably in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing upon the respondent no. 7 and 8 to arrest the private respondents and produce them to the nearest Magistrate as such, they have been made accused in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 452 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable u/s 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 447, 379, 504 and 506 of the I.P.C. and under Section 27 of Arms Act.
(ii) To direct the respondent no. 7 and 8 to arrest the private respondents they are evading the arrest in connection with aforesaid case.
(iii) To direct the respondent no. 5 to initiate disciplinary proceedings against the respondent no. 7 and 8 who have failed to discharge their officials duty assigned under the law.
(iv) To direct the concerned respondents to protect the life and property of the proper, which is at stake at the behest of private respondent, who have threatened the petitioner with dire consequences.
(v) To any other relief/s to which the petitioner may be found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case.
3. As per prosecution case, on 18.05.2024, while the informant was doing construction work at his plot, 25 to 30 accused persons, variously armed, came there and forcefully stopped the said work.
4. The present application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the SHO, Danapur for
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1985 of 2024(2) dt.08-05-2025 3/3 protection from respondent nos. 9 to 14 and SHO, Danapur will take all the steps to protect the petitioner from respondent nos. 9 to 14 and other criminals if he finds substance in the allegations levelled by the petitioner.
5. With the aforesaid direction, the present application stands disposed of.
