2. The petitioners have preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Jehanabad (Karauna O.P.) P.S. Case No. 689 of 2025 dated 19.07.2025 registered for the offences punishable under Section 109 read with Section 3(5) of B.N.S. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the informant alleged that the petitioner no.1 (Kundan Kumar) fired from his pistol which hit the leg of the daughter of the informant. The informant's daughter was brought to Sadar Hospital, Jehanabad and later she was referred to PMCH for better treatment.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that both the parties are resident of the same village and there is no intention to kill the injured and the case has been compromised between the parties. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners. The petitioners have no concern with the alleged offence. The petitioners have clean antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioners are in custody since 20.07.2025.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioners and submitted that the petitioner no.2 (Rakesh Kumar) has actively participated in the said offence. As per the injury report of the injured, the injury is grievous in nature which is on non-vital part of the body caused by firearms.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioners above-named, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Jehanabad, in connection with

7. The application stands allowed.
