JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-07-2019 The learned counsel for the respondents has referred to paragraphs no. 8 and 9 of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondents no. 3 to 5, which are reproduced herein below:- "8. That with regard to payment of the C.P.F. amount of petitioner no.1 Triloki Rai, it is stated that the same comes to Rs. 79,463/- which has been deposited to the petitioner's account vide account number 11054553473.

9. That it is further stated that the C.P.F. amount of petitioner no.2 Birendra Kumar Sinha, comes to Rs. 1,28, 140/- and the same has also been deposited to his account vide account no. 30307546890."

Patna High Court CWJC No.2665 of 2018(4) dt.22-07-2019 2/2 Having regard to the statements made in the counter affidavit, this Court deems it fit and proper to dispose off the writ petition in view of the grievances of the petitioners having stood redressed.
