They have settled the dispute on the following terms:- The Petitioner No. 1 shall pay Rs.

9,000/- (Rupees Nine Thousand) per month to the Opposite Party No. 2 for which he shall direct State Bank of India, Sinchai Bhawan Branch, Patna to credit the said amount in the Account of the Opposite Party No. 2 i.e.

Thereafter the Opposite Party No. 2 shall withdraw

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20051 of 2012 dt.16-02-2015 the present case i.e. Complaint Case No. 704 of 2004. Considering such agreement, the Branch Manager, State Bank of India, Sinchai Bhawan, Secretariat Branch, Patna is directed to take all steps for debit of Rs. 9,000/- per month from the Pension Account of Petitioner No. 1, Nagendra Nath Singh i.e. 10839155844 to the Account of Opposite Party No. 2 i.e. Punjab National Bank S.B. Account No. 0502000100152008 in the name of Madhuri Devi, Maharajganj Road, Aurangabad Branch, Aurangabad every month from February, 2015 onwards. He is also directed to deduct Rs. 18,000/- for the month of December, 2014 and January, 2015 from the Account of Petitioner No. 1 and credit it to the account of the Opposite Party No. 2.

Also, in the interest of the parties, the further proceedings of Complaint Case No. 704 of 2004 pending in the Court of Sub-divisional Magistrate, Aurangabad and Maintenance Case No. 30 of 1992 pending before the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Aurangabad shall stand dropped. With these observations, the application is disposed off.
