2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Dumariya P.S. Case No. 15 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 80, 85 and 3(5) of the BNS.

3. According to the prosecution story, the informant has alleged that he married his daughter to Satish Kumar in the year 2022 according to Hindu rites. After the marriage, all the family members of the husband used to torture his daughter by making additional dowry demands. On 02.03.2025, he received a phone call informing him that his daughter had been murdered. When he arrived at his

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case by the informant merely on suspicion. No such incident as alleged has taken place, and the entire prosecution case is wholly false and fabricated. It is further submitted that the petitioner is the brother-in-law (Dewar) of the deceased and the youngest member of the family. He is currently pursuing his B.Sc. 2nd year and has an excellent academic record. The husband of the deceased, who is the main accused in this case, is already in custody. Additionally, the father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased were granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 02.09.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 59204 of 2025. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 02.03.2025 and has no prior criminal record.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Keeping in view the aforesaid facts and considering the period under custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.
