The present petition has been filed for grant of regular bail on behalf of the petitioner in connection with Suryapura P.S. Case No. 92 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 457, 380 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding the accused persons having arrived at the house of the informant and they had attempted to commit dacoity, however, they were apprehended and handed over to the Police.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and he is having a clean antecedent. It is further submitted that the

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the present case, this Court deems it fit and proper to grant regular bail to the petitioner, above named, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, District-Rohtas in connection with Suryapura P.S. Case No. 92 of 2019.
