The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 337, 338, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that petitioner along with other accused persons came at the agricultural field of the informant. It is alleged against the petitioner that he

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1501 of 2022(2) dt.14-06-2022 2/3 shot fire at the informant which did not hit him. Thereafter, other accused persons assaulted the informant's side as a result of which three persons namely Saheb Kumar, Vijaymal Yadav and Mosafir Yadav sustained injuries.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the background of land dispute, the present F.I.R has been registered. There is counter version of the occurrence also and petitioner's side also received injuries. It is specifically alleged against this petitioner that he shot fire at the informant but it did not hit the informant.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial
