2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 387, 326 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, registered in connection with Sherghati P.S.Case No 761 of 2022.
3. As per allegation, the petitioner along with other accused persons assaulted the informant's son for his refusal to meet their demand of ransom.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedents and has falsely been implicated. It has further been submitted that both the parties have compromised the case.
5. The injury report annexed with the record shows
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62596 of 2025(2) dt.19-09-2025 2/2 that the injuries are simple in nature.
6. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
7. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-1, Sherghati at Gaya in connection with Sherghati P.S.Case No. 761 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) CrPC/482(2) of the BNSS, 2023.
