This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 21.09.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.68938 of 2021 by this Court, by which the petitioner has been granted bail with certain conditions.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been granted bail with certain conditions including condition no. (i) 'that the bail bond of the petitioner will be accepted only after framing of charge, if not already framed'. The learned counsel further submits that there is no chance of framing of charge in near future as in this case cognizance has not been taken till date for want of sanction.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66940 of 2022(2) dt.07-12-2022 2/2 Having regard to the submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the condition no. (i) imposed regarding acceptance of the bail bond after framing of charge is waived and stands deleted from the conditions.

Accordingly, the order dated 21.09.2022 is modified to the aforesaid extent only.

This application stands disposed of.
