2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 219/2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341/323/325/379/504/37 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner and others are said to have assaulted the deceased who died after eleven days of septicemia.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no offence under Section 302 is made out. The petitioner and other accused persons are said to have assaulted the victim which caused ten injuries and the victim died after eleven days while undergoing treatment in AIIMS, Patna. The postmortem report also shows that the victim died of septicemia. The petitioner is

5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the fact that the petitioner is a eightyfive years old person, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, West Champaran, Bettiah/concerned court in connection with Nautan P.S.
