Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is mother of co-accused, Ramjan Ansari. There is allegation against all the F.I.R. named accused that they kidnapped to the minor daughter of the informant for the purpose of marriage.

Submission is that the victim had love affairs with Ramjan Ansari and she fled away with Ramjan Ansari. Hence, all the family members were implicated. The Adhar card of the victim would show that she was a major.

Considering the submission aforesaid, let the

No.59401 of 2019(2) dt.27-09-2019 2/2 petitioner, above named, who is a female be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Harshidi Police Station Case No.80 of 2019, subject to condition that both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and the petitioner shall fully co-operate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
