2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 379 and 411 of the IPC .

3 . The prosecution case in brief, is that informant namely, Naiem Ansari alleged that on 03.03.2024 , some unknown miscreants stole the tractor of informant from outside house of Mumtaz Alam.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged. The name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation on confessional statement of co-accused persons. No looted article has been recovered from possession of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64185 of 2025(3) dt.15-11-2025 2/2 petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. 5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition .

6 Considering the aforesaid facts, clean antecedent of the petitioner and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate - 06, Motihari at East Champaran in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 84 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 .
