JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 24-09-2025 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned APP for the State and the learned counsel for the informant.

2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Cyber P.S. Case No. 06 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 316(2) and 318(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 66© and 66(D) of the IT Act.

3. The S.H.O. of Cyber Police Station, Bhojpur at Ara and I.O. of the case have also appeared. The petitioner is accused of committing cyber fraud by cheating the informant of Rs. 10 Lakh 35 Thousand.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence and the account of the petitioner has been used in the crime by someone

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the nature of the accusation and the gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands rejected.
