Patna High Court LPA No.76 of 2018(3) dt.09-07-2018 2/2 cases, this appeal has been filed under Clause 10 of the Letters Patent.
More than 125 L.P.As. challenging the same order passed on 24.01.2017 have been decided by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order passed on 17.04.2018 in L.P.A. No. 535 of 2017 and various other cases and in view of the fact that identical L.P.As. more than 125 have already been rejected by the learned Coordinate Bench, as indicated hereinabove, we see no reason to make any indulgence into the matter. For the grounds and reasons already considered and detailed in the order passed on 17.04.2018 in L.P.A. No. 535 of 2017 this appeal also stands dismissed.
